Welcome to our Mail-In Bible Study Subscription Service (the "Service"). By subscribing to our monthly mailings, purchasing our materials, or interacting with our business, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Subscription Eligibility & Registration

By signing up, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete shipping and billing information, and to promptly update your account details if your physical address or payment method changes.

2. Monthly Subscription, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Our Service is offered as an ongoing monthly subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:• Automatic Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically each month on your recurring billing date.• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance via email, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate applies.• Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, shipment of that month's Bible study materials will be paused until billing is successfully resolved.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Address Changes

We ship physical Bible study materials directly to the mailing address provided during registration. To ensure uninterrupted delivery, address changes must be submitted via your account portal or customer support by the 20th of the month. We are not responsible for materials lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect physical address due to a failure to update your account records.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your online portal or by contacting customer support. To prevent being billed for the next cycle, your cancellation request must be received before the 20th of the month.• No Partial Refunds: Cancellations stop future automatic renewals; we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the current billing cycle or for materials already shipped.• Physical Returns: Due to the nature of distributed study guides, physical materials are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where materials arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged shipment, contact us by the 5th of the month for a free replacement.

5. Mail-In Study Feedback and Interactive Dynamic

As part of this interactive program, subscribers are invited to mail their completed study sheets back to us for review, feedback, or grading. While we strive to return personalized responses and graded work efficiently, processing times may vary based on mail volume and postal delays. We do not promise or guarantee specific response windows or return tracking for standard inbound/outbound mail.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All study guides, worksheets, devotionals, illustrations, and materials mailed to you are the exclusive intellectual property of our business. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for individual or private study. You may not copy, scan, digitally distribute, resell, or use these materials for commercial purposes or broad group distribution without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Our Bible study materials and accompanying feedback are provided strictly for personal enrichment, spiritual reflection, and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional counseling, legal advice, or therapeutic services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our business, its owners, and its reviewers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the materials, postal delivery failures, or reliance on written feedback.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your subscription shall first be addressed through informal, good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any legal proceedings will be handled individually—and not as a class action—within the local court jurisdiction of our primary business location.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Non-Distribution: All materials provided through our monthly subscription—including but not limited to the text of the Bible studies, lesson plans, writing prompts, layout designs, logos, graphics, and interactive grading methods—are the exclusive property of Rooted in Reach and are protected by United States copyright laws. Your subscription grants you a single, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own private spiritual study. You strictly agree not to steal, copy, photocopy, scan, digitize, redistribute, resell, or claim any of our content as your own work. Furthermore, you may not reproduce or use these physical or digital studies to teach large groups, entire church classes, or online communities without obtaining prior written, commercial-use permission from Rooted in Reach. Unauthorized use or distribution of our proprietary study materials will result in the immediate termination of your subscription without a refund and may subject you to legal liability.
